• Licensed Residential builder.
• Member of NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors, www.nahi.org).
• As a former chimney sweep, I have extensive knowledge of chimney construction, repair and fireplace safety.
• I have inspected homes throughout the Metro-Detroit area (Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties) with widely diverse ages and styles.
• I use the most widely respected inspection report system available, the building analysis report by Hometech.
